Shipping Policy: 

You must be 21 years of age or older to buy/ship wine. All wine is shipped with signature/age verification. This means that a person must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Consider shipping to a work address, as deliveries cannot be left unattended. We are not responsible for delays in shipments due to an individual not being present to accept and sign for packages. A reroute of a package, or change in address will result in lengthened delivery times, and possibly an additional charge.

We work with a third party shipping company for all orders. We do our best to stay in communication with them, to alert you of shipping times/estimated arrival and any potential delays that your order may face. Shipping wine is an incredibly complicated ordeal, with a lot of red tape; rest assured, we do our best to get wine to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically shipped within four business days of receipt. Weather (extreme hot or cold) can affect shipping; our shipping service reviews each order on a case by case basis and will send when the corridor is safe. We and our service reserve the right to hold packages if inclement weather poses a risk to the quality of wine.

As of 2/19/20, we no longer offer flat rate shipping; it is now calculated based on location and weight of package. We do our best to keep shipping rates as low as possible.

Estimated transit time is 4-10 business days depending on your location. If you require expedited shipping, we are able to accommodate at an increased charge. Just drop us a line and let us know!

Currently we are unable to ship to the following states: Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire and Utah.

**A special note for our customers in Illinois and New York: shipping to these states takes extra time due to strict state regulations. Shipments to said states will typically ship once a week on Tuesdays. However, due to the limited frequency of shipping service to these states, and possible inclement weather, in rare cases wine can take 4 weeks to arrive. We apologize for this inconvenience. Rest assured, that the lengthened time means our wines are reaching you with their integrity intact.**

Local Pick-Up:

All orders can be picked up at our winery - 3115 NE Sandy Blvd Suite 1, Portland, OR 97232 - at no charge. Please email howdy@bowandarrowwines.com to arrange a pick-up time.
